3. Estimates and Proposals

All estimates are based on visual inspections and available information at the time of the proposal.
If hidden damages, additional layers, or structural issues are discovered during work, additional costs may apply.

4. Payments and Deposits

• A deposit may be required before work begins, as outlined in your estimate or contract.

• The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project unless otherwise stated in writing.

• Late payments may incur fees, and failure to pay may result in legal action or property liens as permitted under California law.

The customer authorizes our team, subcontractors, and delivery partners to access the property as necessary to perform services. We take all reasonable precautions to protect landscaping and structures but are not responsible for preexisting damage or hidden defects.

10. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to decline or terminate services if:

• The client fails to make payments or breaches this agreement.

• Unsafe or illegal working conditions are present.

• Misrepresentation or fraud is detected.

Any termination will be provided in writing.

11. Website Use and Content

Our website, content, and materials (including text, logos, and photos) are owned by New Gen Roofing Contractors and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce or distribute them without written consent.
